Ice Skating

Athletics

Hello my name is Emily  and i,m going to tell you about Athletics.

for athletics all the seniors went to Hornby High School. First the year four girls did some running around the whole field. We had to do three laps then we had to go to shot put we had to hold a heavy ball next to our neck and push it out ford woulds. 

after we finished athletics we went back to school and ate lunch also we had a little bit of playtime. then we had to go back to the high school and do one more we did discus with miss Scott.
 Next we did sprints. with miss D. I came second in the first run but on the second run I came third. Next we went to long jump with miss Clifford.

breakfast at school

One morning there was a breakfast at school around at 8:30 am.Then after our principle Mr Roberts told us to put our bags away and then go back to the pick nick tables second of all we did a karakia before we got to go eat some food at the gym. After we got to eat then we got to also play but then the bell rang about half an hour later so we had to go to class and do our work.

                 brown bear that finds a piano in the middle of the forest and plays the piano

My Acrostic Poem

Room eight is very fun

Our class is cool

Our class is fantastic

my teacher is amazing

Eating time is very yummy

 I love to learn in the class 

Good times are amazing in Room Eight

Hornby primary is my favourite school  

The teacher is the best

Life Education

                                 On Thursday we went into the life education truck.  We looked               

                            around for some things that stick to the wall to make a person then we

                        got to have a turn to change the lights on the tablet.   We learnt about Empathy and thinking about how other people are feeling. 

We got to listen to

                     one of Harold's songs and  we could dance to the song if we wanted to.

We are using about the Zones of Regulation. Blue is sad,  Red is Angry, Yellow is silly and green is happy and ready to learn.
